Real-time Field Scheduling Integrated with Deltek Vision

How Real-Time Field Scheduling Works

EleVia Field Services Suite replaces cumbersome manual systems with an automated system that connects everyone involved in the field service operation and billing: Schedulers, Crew Chiefs, Field Crews, Timesheet Approvers and Accounting.

Step 1:Schedulers log in and quickly create field work assignments by populating them with client, project and employee data directly from Deltek Vision. (Say goodbye to time-consuming spreadsheets and white boards.)

Step 2:Schedulers assign crews with drag and drop simplicity.

Step 3:Crew Chiefs and Crew Members log in anywhere, anytime from their mobile devices to see their assignments. They can even pull up a map or GPS coordinates. (Much more productive than having them come to the office for assignments.)

Step 4:If there’s a last-minute change, Schedulers revise the field work assignment, which sends an automatic alert to the Crew Chief and Crew Members. (Eliminating those frustrating calls to track crews down.)

Step 5:After the job, the Crew Chief confirms time spent on the job and submits the assignment.

Step 6:The system automatically creates timesheets for all Crew Members from the assignment (accurately capturing all billable time) and notifies the Timesheet Approver via email that timesheets are ready to review.

Step 7:The Timesheet Approver reviews and approves or denies, and Accounting is automatically notified via email that timesheets are ready for processing.

Step 8:Accounting logs in and imports the timesheets to Vision. (And everyone lives happily ever after.)
