The EVPay Vault is the latest enhancement to EleVia’s ACH and Credit/Debit Card payment solution
Minneapolis, Minnesota – March 15, 2022 – EleVia Software, provider of financial and field software for professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, today announced the availability of the EVPay Vault, a new feature directly integrated with EleVia’s Electronic Invoicing and A/R Management and Collections software.
First introduced in December 2020, EVPay is designed to improve cash flow visibility. Integrated with EleVia’s software, EVPay enables customers to pay invoices electronically with one click. Reconciliation is automated via unposted cash receipts that upload into Deltek Vision® and Deltek Vantagepoint®. The EVPay Vault introduces an intuitive portal for EleVia customers and their clients to view and manage client payments from one dashboard, specifically:
- A More Intuitive Way to Manage Client Payments: EVPay allows clients of EleVia customers to review all invoices, settle multiple invoices, and store card and ACH information for future payments.
- Greater Efficiency for Accounting Teams: Once payment has been made, EleVia customers and their clients receive simultaneous payment confirmations. The EVPay Vault removes manual reconciliation of ACH payments, including manual entry into Deltek Vision® and Vantagepoint®.
